yes, im slow. sue me why dont you =__=
so yeah, i was watching keroro gunso~
and then my nephew was bugging me to make them D:
so i was like, AFTER THIS EPISODE BAHH~ pleaseeee? T___T
and so yeah, i kept my word and went to take the stuff after that episode
lol, my nephew only know how to eat la xD
things to prepare:
2 cups waffle mix / pancake mix
1 and 1/3 cups milk
1 tablespoon oil (the box say 2 tablespoon but oily la so i decrease the amount)
1 egg (optional// if you want it fluffy)
lil bit of butter
1 LARGE mixing bowl
1 SMALL mixing bowl
1 mixing spoon
1 whisk (if you want egg)
1 WAFFLE MACHINE (without it, no use in making la. go eat pancake la you)
so let's first of all. you just follow the instructions on the box lo. add mix, milk and oil. siap if you want it like that nia. people ask me "eh, why your waffles more fluffier than my one ah? i thought same brand waffle as you also de."
me: i got secret mah. and you know what the secret is? 8D EGGS! egg white at least...
so first, you get your small mixing bowl.
you crack the egg lo and separate it.
keep in mind that, even the slightest bit of yolk can prevent your egg white from fluffing up.
tip: separate the egg when it's still cold (for noobs 8D)
-perfectly separated egg (im so proud of myself ^-^)-so when you separate your egg liaw, take your awesome whisk of doom (or just your average whisk if you aint the vampire creature of the toilet like me) and whisk your egg until it is firm. try turning it upside down. if you falls, then you fail la. hmm... just move it left to right, if it moves, just continue beating it until it's really really firm.
tip: if you stir circularly and slowly, it wont rise. you have to pick up one end of your bowl, hold it tight, then beat it from bottom to up in a circular pattern until it's fluffed up. (you need alot of hand strength to achieve this)

-i put this above my head ;D (yeah bah, very confident)-after that, FOLD in your egg into the mixture. people dont get me when i say fold. they still stir. stupid kaliah. you have to do it softly not like you orang ganas style. baru will fluffy.
